Wheels and zippers are flawed
I’ve used them twice. First time, the bag just got a little cracked. Second time, the wheels popped off during transit. (I am hoping to get a replacement or refund). To go the extra step, secure them better with a long screw on all of them. In general the zippers are very iffy. You kind of need to know how to properly close the bag so that the zippers don’t open up. Other than those flaws, I really enjoyed the bag.

Best Bubblegum luggage
I got the luggage for my daughter for graduation from High School. When it arrived she was so excited about it. She loves pink and loved the bubblegum color. The bigger suitcase was so much better because she still had the small suitcases. Love, Love this for my daughter. Great luggage.
