I love the 3 piece set we ordered. They are a really good quality and the wheels move so easily empty and full. And they fit all together for easy compact storage.

Not as sturdy as i thought more soft sided than described. Zipper threads pulled away on day 1 so i had to sew it back myself with stronger thread. I would not purchase this item if you are looking for durable luggage

locks are a bit iffy, had to take the locks off the carry ons to fix the larger bags. The wheel on one broke off during our flight, not sure if it was the airlines or just poor quality will find out on the flight home

I would not recommend for anyone who is looking for a dependable luggage set. For the price point, you get what you paid for. It isn't very durable and does give a bit of trouble maneuvering compared to other suitcases I've had in the past. The things I do love about the set include the color and design. I ordered the rose gold. I also like that it is very spacious. I usually pack light to avoid lines and have been able to pack enough for a 3-4 day trip in the smallest suitcase (carryon size). One of the downsides was that I was only able to use the biggest suitcase of the set once because the wheel fell off on my way to my vacation. In case you're wondering the luggage weighed under 30lbs ( I planned on bringing back goodies from a conference so I packed light). I've used my carryon suitcase 3 times so far and haven't had any issues. The bigger suitcases become less durable as you go up in size in my opinion.

The zippers trnd to separate. The luggage definitely can not be over packed. On our 1st trip using the luggage the handle broke. Overall we are underwhelmed and not very satisfied.

zipper fell apart before I could go to the airport. Packed the bag and went to put it on the floor when the zipper gave way with all my belongings falling out to the floor. I am waiting now to see if Zimtown is going to stand behind its product and issue me a return/refund or if I am just out the money.

Travel with this luggage all were Broken when I arrived with my baby had purchase luggage for my clothing and baby stuff and other things…bad quality I would never purchase these luggages again

Used on my first trip and the zipper broke. So I couldn't lock the suitcase. As they put out suitcases on the belt it popped open and all of our belongings were exposed

I would give this zero stars if I could. The luggage FELL APART during one short flight. We didn't even make it home from our trip. I reached out to the manufacturer two weeks ago and have heard NOTHING back. Please don't waste your money.

like I said in previous reviews, that I ordered it twice because of how cute it is. but now am giving it 0 star. first time use it broke. I want my money back.
