Zimtown 3 Piece Nested Spinner Suitcase Luggage Set With TSA Lock Black

This luggage set exceeded my expectations for the price. The spinner wheels glide smoothly, even when fully packed, and the nested design makes storage so easy. The hard shell feels sturdy and durable, and the TSA locks give great peace of mind while traveling. The gray color looks sleek and modern, and all three sizes are very practical. A great value set that looks and feels much more expensive than it is.

We used the large luggage for a 6 day cruise. It accommodated what we needed and more. The large luggage holds a lot. But I would advise not to over pack it. If it’s overloaded, the wheels won’t move as smoothly. I am concerned about how long it’s going to hold up. After unpacking, the zipper is seeming like it wants to jam. However, it maybe contributing to being over packed. It’s lightweight and you can use the other smaller luggage to pack lighter. Overall it was on sell and we needed it and I think it’s a good buy.

We just got back from our first flight and it was a short one to Vegas. When we landed in Vegas, the large suitcase was already dented on the top and scuffed where it rubbed on the belt. For it to be damaged so quickly and easily I don't foresee this at when I first got these, I was super excited. I ordered 3 sets of these for our family for Christmas. We finally got to use them last week for our vacation to Mexico. 1st one lost a wheel on the way to Mexico. 2nd one lost a wheel on the way back. 3rd one cracked on the bottom. One use is all we got out of the larger ones. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Both zippers on medium one and large one suck. They won’t close properly and when they do the zipper line opens. Waste of money.

these are the worst suitcases ever. I bought three set's and all three broke after one use. They only offered me 40% back but I want a full refund.

I purchased 2 sets of these suitcases. At first glance they are nice hard shell. BUT, None of the suitcases roll smoothly or sometimes at all. You end up dragging them. All the wheels don't roll together or swivel in the same direction. The wheel on one of the large suitcases actually came off. The cruise line replaced that suitcase so we don't have the large purple anymore. The replacement suitcase rolls great. The other large case ended up with a dented top corner (picture attached). We don't use the suitcases anymore because of the wheels. We tried but gave up after a couple of trips with them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The small ones are still in plastic.

I purchased these suitcases, the color beautiful. Just finally got to use them for a flight and the wheel broke right off.

I finally used my set, so excited I disabled so yay. No, worst travel experience ever. The wheels wouldn't turn, zippers broke, packed light as I use ground travel and we load our bags ourselves. I don't want them replaced I want a refund for the protection plan. They'd better make this right!

Too good to be true! While the color is what attracted me to this product as well as the price...the quality is very poor. The wheels and the handle are very flimsy. I can't even imagine running through an airport with this luggage! We've purchased and have been quite happy with Samantha Brown's luggage line. It's pricey, but the quality can't be beat and it has lasted years!
