Works real good for me. The only draw back is I had to buy two instead of one that was taller that you could use as one or as two smaller ones like this item.

Metal shelves
Like the shelves. A little flimsy but will do the job. I got it to put in my closet in the spare bedroom for extra storage for my miscellaneous cookware that I don't use all the time. Could have got the 4 tier. Either way as a big shelf. I may move it to my shed and get a larger one.

I wish I could rate this a zero
I would put zero stars if I could. I ordered this item but something else shipped instead. Walmart customer service what helpful when I called, but the third party seller - Zimtown - has terrible customer service. Instead of sending me what I actually ordered, they asked me to send pictures a of what I got and asked me to just return the item. So I never got what I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM ZIMTOWN. They don't deserve your business.

Bent
All rack shelves are bent and tweaked from shipping. Assembly is possible but I am not happy with this product.
