How long before it becomes unusable?
I like this product. The height is easily adjustable. Lightweight and somewhat durable. I don't care for the aluminum frame, aluminum wears out too easily. I guess you can't stay in business if you make a product which last.

Good, but with a peculiar design flaw
Very easy to assemble, stable, and easily adjustable. Strangely, however, the r feet are slanted inward so that the rubber bottom surfaces are not flat on the floor.

Lucky not to have been hurt
I had this chair for less than a month and the legs twisted while I was using the product - It is very lucky I didn't get hurt using this product. I am well under the max weight limit and use this in a safe manner.
