I already know how to put bicycles together so there's not much difference between the two but for someone who doesn't know how to assemble a bicycle/tricycle the video and manual that came with it doesn't explain in the way it should. Plus if these adult tricycles are for the elderly/disabled they need to have a lot better seat than what it comes with. I had to buy another seat for it because I'm disabled. Everything else seems to be alright.

I liked the price of this adult tricycle I bought it for my mother so she could go to the store to pick-up a few groceries or go to family dollar. The only problem I had was that I had to find someone to assemble it since it shipped out from a third party. I wish that Walmart would find a way to put a couple adult tricycles on display so more people can see them.

great bike, very hard to assemble

I was a bit overwhelmed when the trike was delivered. One large box which was too heavy for me to lift off my porch without a dolly. When I opened it up there were about two million parts to assemble, if my count was right...I took everything out of the box and inventoried all the parts to the parts list and found everything there, packaged neatly, and organized by sections. I drank a large coffee and started the assembly. I didn't expect much in the way of help from the included instructions but found them to be concise and organized....with lots of pictures! At the end of each section of assembly a pic is included to show how it should look. That helped. Following the instruction book slowly and carefully, I eventually built myself a fine looking adult tricycle.....TA-DA!!! Unfortunately, when I took it down my driveway for a test run the chain immediately came off....which was okay because I also discovered I had no brakes. I went back to the instruction book and reread those sections. I turned to the details offered at the back of the book and did exactly what I was supposed to do to adjust the derailer and the brakes. Low and behold, they worked! I've ridden the trike every day since and thoroughly enjoy it. I can give this trike a high rating. I would have given it a five star but I did find one fairly large scratch on the body. Not enough to worry over though. I recommend this one!

Tail of frame was bent. Spacer on the rear axle was wrong size. Fenders required some modifications to cover rear tires. Hire a professional assembler if you don't know bikes or lack the tools and ability.

Incredibly hard to assemble. Most of the hardware (which should be in a bag) ws loose all over the box it came in. Don't get me started on the manual. This is likely the WORST possible (sort of English) assembly manual EVER. The images are blurry, very bad camera angles. This experience is horrible. NEVER buy this bike!

the back finder on the left side was damaged, with a big dent and starch across fender

I have been waiting for a response from seller. This item did not have any of the hardware required to assemble it. It was scratched and damaged upon opening the box. It was a gift so it was not opened till after Christmas. I would like a refund or a replacement or something for the cost for this bike was almost $200.00. I bought this online on the Walmart.com. I would appreciate a little help from someone.
