the suction cups screw into the pipes directly and not through the holes in the rubber feet. don't put the feet cups on first . it's one or the other.

hated that it had to be assembled. great product overall.

We find that this rolling chair is working very well as a shower chair for a challenged grandmother. The assembly was simple and all parts were included. The grandmother can be situated in the chair and rolled into the shower. The bars of the foot rest were a bit uncomfortable on her feet. We took a plastic cutting board, cut a bit off the width, drilled a few holes, and fastened it to the foot bars with zip ties and it is perfect.

my patient is 6ft2in 235lbs. wish it was a tad taller and wider. once while in the shower, the patileand forward to far and the seat came off and the patient fell in the floor. have only used as a bedside potty since.

Approximately sized for a medium sized adult. However if you need to roll the person into the shower the frame a welded joints are light weight aluminum and broke in about 4 months of use. Also the the frame moved easily causing clips that prevent the chair from folding to slip and the chair to collapse. This is the first review I have ever written that I can say I would not recommend this product.

Easy to put together but overall seemed very unsafe due to instability. The wheels lack motion and chair is comfortable but very flimsy and unsafe if the person can not sit stable on his or hee own. The foot rest is good but my mom's feet got caught up in between the rails aswell so had definitely to return.

the chair had a mechanical issue %26 and asked for a refund. the company asked for a video that would not download. Still no refund.
