Seeing as my insurance wouldn't cover durable medical equipment and time was running out I needed this before my hip replacement surgery. There was no one local that covered durable medical equipment through Medicare. My items were all on clearance with 4 stars or more reviews. I purchased what I needed and were delivered in more than enough time.! Thank you Walmart for steering me in the right direction!

I had knee surgery which left me unable to put weight on the leg for 10 weeks and unable to bend it for 2 weeks. This chair sits partly outside of the tub so i could sit and bring my leg into the tub/shower so i didn't have to injury myself or put weight on the leg. I suggest putting the shower curtain strategically to sit on the cair and catch water so it doesn't run onto the floor. It does bare at least 330lbs without feeling cheap or unsafe to use as needed. I highly suggest this if you need a ahower chair to help you get over the tub safely.

This transfer bench (shower)is so helpful and the price is affordable I struggle getting in and out of shower and lifting my legs over the tub, am so grateful I looked into Walmart I was suppose to order from a company, way expensive Walmart thank you for keeping your prices down

My Mom has a small bathroom and the seat part can't fit where the sink is but we are still able to use but have to hold because suction part is on the floor instead of the tub!

Hi, I bought this with intentions of using it, but never did. I went into a nursing home for therapy instead. The local Walmart will not let me return it. They said to write to you so that I could get a return label so that I could THEN return it to Walmart. Would you please help me with that?

Wasn't that easy to put together. It took 2 people to figure out and following directions that the bottom bars came out before being put together. And didn't think that the tub is higher than the floor and No directions on which ends go in tub. And how about the shower curtain how does that work. We had to Google it???!

Everyone told me this is the best chair utility. I said but it extends outside of tub. Id think th floor would get wet. Oh no everyone said. Guess they were wrong cuz every time there's water on our floor. I hv to line th floor with towels. It's also, so high when stretched over our typical bathtub that my feet will not touch th floor of the tub. Me no like. It's all, very dangerous. I'd return it in a heartbeat if I could.

This item came damaged. I was able to put the seat together but the back rest and handle won't fit into the holes designed for them. Both holes are bent. See photos.

Do not buy anything from these people! I received a defective chair. No one will respond to me. I can't get a new chair or a refund. I really needed a chair and thought this one may work. Neither Walmart or the seller has tried to help me resolve this issue. There is no contact information other than through Walmart. Keep your money. They just took mine.

Couldn't use tried to return and no one wants to be responsible for it, Zimtown wants Walmart to refund, Walmart wants Zimtown to. Don't buy unless positive going to keep.
