Does the job!!
It does the job!! It keeps our solar cover neatly rolled up while we use the pool. The instructions could have used a proofreader/editor, but we figured it out. The reel is easily operated by two people, we find if you do it by yourself the cover will bunch up.

Super easy to assemble. I was able to do this all by myself in an hour and Ive never assembled anything.

Must have for solar covers
The reel makes putting on and taking off the solar cover soooo much easier. Before, always dreaded putting on the solar cover because it was such a challenge. It works fo the most part as advertised. The only issue is the straps are not staying put so they rotate when trying to roll up the reel, but this can be overcome by guiding the first roll (needs 2 people). We are actively looking into a solution to affix the straps better to the reel. Also, instructions to put together the reel were not the greatest.

Quality ok but don't like height
This is very large meaning it takes up a lot of space and you cannot miss seeing it. It is very high and you need to be careful when you pull the cover back over the pool because the whole reel will fall over. I wish I had got one lower to the ground. It also said it was for 14ft wide pools, but it was too wide. This might be good for a bigger pool but I don't recommend for smaller pool especially if it is not a perfect rectangle shape. The quality was ok
