Great quality of this ingredient! The size could be bigger to provide more value for the price. But, I love that this doesn't have a bad taste! I take this with vitamin C when I feel a cold coming, it works like magic. I would continue to purchase because I don't like taking pills all the time!

I used it heavily during the pandemic and I do believe it really helped to keep me a stronger immunity, especially during that time.

Just add it to a glass of water & it becomes healthy drink.  I will also put this in water bottle so that I can stay hydrated with this healthy drink all day long.

I don't often give products 5 stars, but I'm really thrilled to find a zinc that I can take, as they all seem to really hurt my stomach usually. I strongly suspect I have copper overload, and I am definitely noticing some benefits from taking this zinc, but it will be a long road to getting rid of the excess copper. For those who find zinc supplements hurt their stomach, I thoroughly recommend taking this zinc with a heaped teaspoon of coconut oil (which is good for you anyway). I don't know why the coconut oil helps, but it really does.

My family and I have been taking this for quite sometime now and i feel that it works. We take 1 capful daily and if we feel a cold coming on we increase doses to 1 capful every 2-3 hours, it knocks the cold right out. This has been my experience and is not medical advice so please do your research.

I have been using the smaller dropper bottle of this zinc sulphate, but decided to purchase the bigger bottle to refill my dropper bottle. It means I can have a supply on hand and not run out so quickly. I have been using/taking this for almost 2 years, and am really happy with the quality and price. It's great for immunity and if I miss taking it for any extended period of time, my body notices it, and, believe it not, so do my nails. I usually dilute 7.5-15ml in about 100mls of water, which makes it very palatable, but have also taken it under my tongue on occasion too. I definitely recommend this product.

This is the only zinc product that helped relieve the mouthing (pica) habit of my young autistic child, literally worked miracles! I have tried other zinc forms known to have more bio-availability but this is the only one that got my child off the pica.

It is better to be in a glass container, with a glass dropper with a size of 240ml with the same concentration as you have now in a glass of 60 ml.
