Rust-Oleum Zinsser B-I-N shellac-based Primer
It covered up the dried-up water stain on my ceiling, and I was able to paint over it with latex paint. The only other alternative was to use oil-based paint which I did not want to do. Ceiling looks new.

Excellent primer
Fantastic at covering stains. Odor dissipated much quicker than expected. With a couple open windows, I could smell nothing after a couple hours after having used an entire can.

Best Adhesion
This is absolutely amazing! I'm painting a laminate headboard I purchased. It's super shiny, but about a light sanding and 2 coats of BIN shellac primer, the final paint coat is beautiful!! I highly recommend this. Thank you 🙏

Would work well outdoors in an open area
I used this on an exterior Douglas fir column trying to cover the knots. It worked relatively well, but I was afraid of the wind and spray splatter on surrounding objects. If you are able to move the object to be sprayed to an open area, the spray shellac would work well.

the can of liquid B-I-N is better. it's much easier to put on an even layer
