Good Quality, Neutral Tasting Odorless Gelatin
Very good gelatin for baking and as a supplement. Claims to be from grass-fed sources (be aware that most of these companies lie). It has a neutral flavor and odor. I prefer supplementing with Gelatin rather than collagen which is a highly processed product (and highly priced as well). Folks complain about how hard gelatin is to dissolve, but if you put other any powders in your coffee or beverage, mix the Gelatin dry with the powders, then pour it into your beverage while stirring. Dissolves quickly and easily. I mix it with Miralax and the sugar I normally put in my coffee. But if you don't take Miralax, you could mix it with dried whole or goat milk or other creamer.
