Amazing! Love this mattress. Perfect right out of the box. This is our 4th or 5th Zinus purchase. All beds in our house now have a Zinus mattress. This one is by far the best we've had. Previously had a competitor's mattress that just wasn't supportive enough. This one is just the right amount of support and comfort. So glad we upgraded to this.

I have never slept as good as I do on the Zinus Winter Cloud. No more hip and back discomfort. Past purchases of multi-thousand dollar mattresses can't hold a flame to the Zinus.

Love the bed super comfortable not to firm and not to soft i sleep on my side and my husband sleeps on his back and its perfect for both of us

I already have a Zinus presure relief cloud mattress and I just bought the Zinus winter cloud mattress. They are both very comfortable and supportive mattresses. They are both 12 inches and they are probably both medium firm. So if like a plush but supportive mattress, just add a gel memory foam mattress topper to it. My back has never felt better! I have been sleeping on mine now for a year (Cloud) and the Winter Cloud we have had since November and we love them both!

Carefully unwrapped the mattress yesterday morning and prepared to sleep on the floor for a few days to allow it to fully expand. However, after checking with the Zinus website, I read that was not necessary and could use it immediately! From the Zinus site: "Our mattresses typically take 48-72 hours to fully decompress, but this process can sometimes take up to a week. You are free to sleep on the mattress during this time. In fact, we recommend it! Doing so helps air flow into the mattress and aids in the decompression process." So after 13 hours, I slept on it. It was about 10" high at that time (supposed to end up at 12"). So we shall see if it reaches the 12". But that was the best sleep I've had in ages! My back did not hurt upon awakening for the first time in weeks! Amazing comfort! The memory foam filled in to support my back perfectly, but I didn't sink down or have trouble turning or getting up. I love this mattress and hope it will fully expand to the full 12".

I assumed that this was going to be a soft, sink in memory foam mattress.? I don't know if it takes a break-in period? I've had to put on several layers of padding on top it still feels out 8 out of 10. Firm. I was expecting a 5 or less in rating of softness. I hope it gets softer soon. I don't like sleeping on a board. I don't know what to do.? I know this is one of their newer mattresses. I couldn't find another one that was considered cloud like! they call this a WINTERCLOUD. I already own a mattress that is similar to this. I decided that I needed something much softer so far I am not very happy. I am a small petite woman, who weighs 107lbs and is 5”2. I sleep alone. I really wanted a SOFT mattress that I could sink into that formed around my body, I am side sleeper mostly.. This is not good so far!

Started off being nice and comfortable. But if I sleep on it for more than 4 hours my back starts to hurt. Not sure if it's too soft for me or not enough support. But I'm thinking of returning it or getting rid of it. Easy to put up, beautiful quality, but not right for me and my back!

I am very disappointed!! I bought a queen and was sent a twin !!! Already gave my bed to someone less fortunate, so I guess I'm on the couch for a while. Now I have to store this thing until Wednesday when they can have someone pick it up. Ridiculous, I live in an apartment

I very recently purchased a mattress for approximately $500. I am deeply disappointed that approximately one week later, the product price was reduced by more than $100. I was advised by customer service that I couldn't receive an adjustment. In similar circumstances (purchase of a large sceen TV,etc), I was accomodated by your competitors because they valued me as a customer. The fact that I was treated this way by Walmart (check my past purchases) shows a lack of goodwill both in this case and as a matter of policy. If your company showed some concern, it would do what's right as this has nothing to do with price matching. The item was purchased from Walmart.com If Walmart.com was planning to reduce the price a week or so afterward, I should have advised.
