Zinus 14" Metal SmartBase Tool-Free Assembly Bed Frame, No Box Spring Required, King

I've bought several of these foldable beds to temporarily pop up for company (a twin size) or even as a permanent guest room bed (full). They're easy to assemble without tools. This one has nuts to screw onto the bolts by hand, but no screw driver is required. There's no need for a box spring unless you want a little more height.

This is very easy to assemble. Actually, there is nothing to assemble. Unfold both the pieces and bolt them up together; it is that simple. It is very sturdy and stable. Worth the price. It's 14 inches tall and not too high or low. One doesn't need a box; simply put your mattress on top of this.

I absolutely love this super sturdy only took 3 steps no brainer to assemble I get it because when I move to another apartment I wont have issue carrying this downstairs no need for a U haul and I I also bought a trifold sofa bed full size perfect match

We sometimes don't read all the hi-lites on stuff. This was for our vacation home - we got in late and company was coming - we thought we were going to have a lot of assembly - suprise there was virtually none.

Bedframe comes with only two screws. Bed is foldable and able to put it right back in the box that it came in. It's not real heavy but holes a lot of weight. I put a queen size mattress on it and it worked out perfectly. My brother-in-law said it was very comfortable. It's worth purchasing because you just fold it and put it away.

I researched mattress's for a few weeks before deciding on three new ones. One from me, and two for my high school boys. My ex-husband had purchased the same three mattresses complete with box springs and bed frames. I decided to go with the Spa Sensations bed frame with no box spring. It is ugly, but with a bed skirt it looks great! I would say me ex's box spring set is a little more comfortable. Non the less, I could not afford the box spring set, and the frames are doing just fine. People have complained that they are not sturdy and pieces of the metal are cracked or bent. Mine are completely sturdy, they were simple easy to assemble, and I have three new beds! In one review I read that the middle leg in the middle of the bed was annoying and people were stubbing their toes on them. I have not had that problem, but I am going to put foam piping with the slits in the sides and pop them right over the legs. Problem solved! All in all, these frames are a great buy!

This bed frame is amazing. The price is very economical. We have rambunctious boys who have already broken three wooden bed frames. These bed frames are the only ones to survive the boys so far. I highly recommend them to anyone. This is the second one that we have bought. The first one was for me and my husband. I am a large person and this frame provided the support and comfort that I needed.

This is not as compact as I expected. I thought it was going to be suitcase size. Much larger and heavier. I bought it for staging. I can certainly transport it in my hatchback. Perhaps I read it wrong. The price was better than Amazon.

Seller sent a KNOWN damaged product and slapped tape over it thinking they'd be able to hide the broken piece of junk! How do I know? There's a random piece of tape where the damage is. The metal is bent which compromises weight bearing, a rubber piece exposed is ripped and the metal is pealing. I now have to figure this out before my new mattress is delivered. Had I put my new mattress on this frame and it snagged or tore it: I would've lost my mattress warranty. SHADY SHADY SHADY! Don't buy or waste your time!

The queen I received can in two pieces instead of one it also said no tools required but came with screws and tight bolts since it came extremely late I don't have (3days late) I didn't have time to properly put it together I put the parts together to make the frame stand up and called it a night it's been holding up well but definitely wasn't worth the full price ( I got it when it was on clearance)
