Zinus 62" Harmony Indoor Sofa for Small Space Living Room, Dark Gray

I don't know why everyone is having trouble with this couch, it is perfect!! This couch was super easy to put together and only about 10 pieces were included which made it simple! I've had it for about a month and it has been so great and not hard at all, just need to let it inflate fully for a couple of days and fluff the pillows often. I love it! 10/10 recommend for a cheap couch!

Came in 2 days which was awesome, but box was pretty beat up, was nervous considering there were no reviews but altogether not a bad couch for the price. Took me almost an hour to assemble by myself.

it's easy to assemble. Some of the parts came assembled wrong. I had to take them apart put them back in order to assemble the pieces correctly. The covers are easily removable for washing. I don't like the cushions for the back wasn't firm enough I had to go buy extra stuffing to make it firm. The furniture is light easy to move

Couch is as expected. I bought it to use in a bedroom and it fits and works perfectly. Not tremendously comfortable but you get what you pay for. The cushions do tend to slide out and you have to refluff things but overall not mad about the purchase.

I appreciate the ingenuity of the way this is put together. Each individual piece looked like they were thought out for easy assembly. The engineers should have realized that this is a sofa / couch. That a human would sit on. I’m average height and weight and after several days sitting in different spots on the sofa, there was no place where I didn’t feel the back, lower support, and the frame under my knees when sitting normally. I waited 2 days to sit on it so the pieces would expand fully. I’m just disappointed. I was hoping it would BE a sofa for relaxing while reading. Too uncomfortable.

If you a small, cheap, and good couch for your apartment. This is couch is the one. For the price it's honestly a good couch.

not very comfortable but solid enough. back is just pillows that didn't really fluff up Much if at all. for the price its not bad!

So for me you get what you pay for. Overall price was comprable but my biggest flaw with this is the back cushions . The bottim ones are ok but the back wont inflate propeely My youngest chikd has more back than this couch does if you going to get this get extra filler to beef it up

I had high hopes for this sofa, but after giving the cushions the full 72 hours to expand as recommended, I was really disappointed. The cushions are way too soft, offering no support at all. The moment I sat down, I felt myself sinking into a weird, uncomfortable angle. I have a lower back condition, and instead of being a comfortable place to relax, this sofa made my body twist into an awkward, painful position. Even after getting up, my back continued to ache. I wouldn't recommend this sofa to anyone who needs decent back support or comfort. I even had to ask a friend to drive an hour from Atlanta to help me assemble it. I wanted to return it, but customer service told me to either put it back in the original packaging or take the entire sofa to a store. Neither of these options is feasible for me. Once the cushions were unwrapped and expanded, there was no way to fit them back into the original box. And the sofa itself is too large to fit in my car to take it to a Walmart store. I now deeply regret this purchase and have no idea how to deal with this sofa.

Reg: the sofa, it has some design flaws. The back pillow is very uncomfortable. After many days it will not inflate much. Very thin.Also the bottom cushion is less than 5 inch thickness and more on firm side. Because it is a removable cushion, it will always come out and need to adjust every time. Overall I am very disappointed with this sofa. There is no Zinus quality. The one I got is having front panel both having different size and need a lot adjustment to fix that. Reg: Walmart service, the shipping was very fast and I received the item in one day. Good service from Walmart and bad product from Zinus.
