This mattress is super comfy, I tend to fall asleep next to my son when I'm putting him to bed because it's just perfect. It's supportive and firm, but also soft at the same time. If we didn't already have mattresses for the other kids, we would be purchasing more of these! 100% recommend!

I love this mattress! I'm a notoriously hot sleeper, and I like to sleep on my sides with square shoulders. This mattress keeps me cool, and my shoulders aren't sore when I wake up. And for the price, I don't think there's a better option for me. Best sleep I've gotten in years.

Needed a new mattress quick when we moved states. Delivery was quick and easy, it was packaged well and very easy to set up. It has been SO COMFORTABLE. My husband and I prefer a firmer mattress so we were a little concerned about that with foam, but it has been absolutely divine. We have been sleeping so well since we got it.

This mattress is like sleeping on the hard ground there is no comfort what so ever. If you are looking for a stiff as a board mattress then this one is for you!! I wake up with more pain than I had when I went to sleep. I do not recommend this mattress at all .

Zinus used to be a good brand 10 years ago. Now it's bad. If I sleep daily at the same side, it sinks on the whole side. It never be normal. Using this Matt from past 4-5 months

I purchased a king-size and a full-size Zinus mattress from Walmart, but they did not provide the support I expected compared to Novaform gel memory foam mattresses. I scheduled a return, and after multiple follow-ups, Walmart finally picked up the king mattress. I also spoke with the help desk and two other agents, who assured me I would receive a refund and asked me to wait 10 days. However, I still haven't received the refund. I contacted another agent afterward but received no further updates. It has been frustrating and overwhelming to repeatedly follow up without proper resolution. Additionally, Walmart has not updated the website regarding the pickup, even though I have proof of pickup through email. This delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. It is Walmart's responsibility, not mine, and I feel cheated by the poor customer service. I need my refund processed as soon as possible.
