The best mattress that we used so far at reasonable price. I didn't expect this to be so good , its firmness as expected. It doesn't presses you down, so ultimately good for people with spinal issue like me and my spouse. We like the firmness do much.

I stayed in an air b&b on vacation and had the best night's rest ever. So I looked up the mattress online and bought it before we left to go home. Since I have been sleeping on it at home, I have been waking up without shoulder pain or back pain and have felt refreshed and awake. And it was on sale!!

Very comfortable, better than expected. I suggest getting the tencel mattress protector. I tried the bed without it and with it. The bed is much cooler to sleep on with the mattress protector, very comfortable, highly recommend the extra spend to get the protector.

If you are looking for a very firm mattress this is for you! My mattress was like sleeping on mattress topper laid down on a hard cement floor. But firmness is a personal choice so it's hard to rate the mattress on firmness. The reason I don't recommend this mattress is the 12 inch mattress only inflated to nine inches and the corners never fully inflated so the mattress is sloped. My mattress was manufactured on January 25 which means it sat in the box for nearly 4 months and compressed foam can become damaged after 4 weeks. In my experience it's not worth buying a 12 inch mattress that fully inflated is 1 inch shorter than the less expensive 10 inch mattress

Not what I expected. The overall experience of it was that it felt too firm and that it wouldn't last. We couldn't even use it. So we are trying to return it and that's been a nightmare. Several phone calls and appointments for them to pick it up and it's still here. Hopefully it will be gone soon. I will never order a mattress online again from this place.

The product itself was nice but not firm enough for me and I could feel bars from frame through it. Return process took a couple tries to get an an answer

I bought one of these mattresses several years ago, so idk why I'm suddenly getting emails about my "recent purchase." But I guess if you want a review that bad, I'll give it to you. The mattress was terrible and didn't provide the back support I needed, so I ended up giving it to my son and went and bought a real mattress. There you go.

If you're a fan of this brand's twin size or queen size mattress and the firmness they provide… do not buy the California King size version. It is pillow soft and you will sink so far into it you'll have to climb out. I last bought this mattress in a queen size 4yrs ago, it's still a great mattress. I'm guessing in the last few years this company has moved to cheaper foams.

The box came in completely destroyed to the point where I did not even have to open the box myself - it just fell out of the box when the guy delivered it. The bed did not raise, its lumpy and wont fit in the frame because the shape is so distorted. Absolutely horrible, you should be ashamed of yourselves for delivering straight trash to my doorstep.

I have had my mattress out of the box for a week and theres a dip across a section of it that has not fluffed up. I thought the entire mattress took 3 days to get to the full 12 inches. I am so disappointed because the parts that have fluffed feel so nice and comfy.
