This style/design of Ziploc bags is hard to find, but once again, Walmart came through. Now that I know they carry them, I can stop hunting!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Well what it stands out to me initially is you can fold them and fill them and it shows you with a picture on the bag how to do that which I think is pretty cool and just trying out the Ziploc on this bag it's pretty sturdy and I can actually close it with one hand, which lets me know that it's a quality Ziploc . It's not as thick as I thought it would be being a freezer bag, but it might not be needed to be that thick and I do like that. There's the white label on it so you can write on it seems like a nice product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this new bag multiple times for various things and it didn't disappoint. Can use it for virtually everything and the best part it stands up and stays open. Works great for marinating food or storage. You won't be disappointed with these bags.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. The ziplock freezer quart work very well. There was nothing spilling out of it when I turned it upside down. It is a lot easier to pour into with the new design. For me I would not use this size in the freezer. I need something bigger. Overall these are very good to freeze food.
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I really like the weight of the Ziploc freezer bags and that they are sturdy enough to reuse with a little rinse out. The quart size is the perfect size to break down and portion out meats for a small family to buy in bulk. I love the Grip'n Seal Technology which makes it easy to open. I appreciate that packaging can be recycled. Great product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the The ziplock brand freezer bags quart size with stay open design. They are awesome and I can't wait to by them in a gallon. They are so much better then other brands. They work like the box says and they stay open and don't tip over like other brands .benefits of this product are makes packaging raw meat or even soups so much easier. I don't get raw meat juice everywhere and it's not all over the bag. So the bag stay clean. I will definitely be recommending these bags to friends and family. How does this product compare to other products you've tried? What are some benefits of owning this product? Would you buy this product? Would you recommend this product to your friends or family?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a ton of left over bolengese sauce after having guests over. Getting sauces into freezer bags is often a two person job or getting very lucky. This was very easy to use. My laddie was a tad too big for a bag this size so the opening got tricky. Once some sauce was in it stoof very well. After a little over half way of the bag being full. There could be an issue with spilling if you aren't paying attention.
Have purchased Ziplock bags for years and have never been disappointed until recently. For some reason, when you try to open a new bag, the seal detaches from the bag, rendering it unusable. This never occurred in the past and doesn't seem like it's as problematic on the gallon freezer or sandwich size. Very frustrating -- not to mention a waste of money if I end up having to throw a good portion of the box away. Not at all the Ziplock quality I would expect.
Quality has gone downhill noticeably! We can't open a bag without the "handle" tearing off the top, without opening the seal. We've had this happen with 3 different boxes (38 count freezer bag) and it happens every time. What is going on? I might as well go back to the cheaper bags, if this is going to happen every time I try to open the bag.
I usually go with the "Brand Name" bags just for peace of mind, but this last box of bags were terrible. The cheap brand doesn't even tear as often as yours. Over half of the tabs tear off on the initial opening. I will be switching to a new brand for next buy. Where do you manufacture these now ? Wherever it is you need to change back.
