Ziploc Freezer Bags, Gallon, 50 ct

These are perfect. But you pay a little bit more for that perfection. The zippers always align. They don't leak. They are good at reducing freezer burn. We buy meat on sale and wrap it in portion size pieces in aluminum foil, then place it a freezer bag. We store our meat in a manual defrost freezer. We're eating on stuff we bought 2 years ago. No freezer burn.

I buy these regularly to meal prep freezer meals! They make like simple. I can put all the ingredients for crock pot meals in the bag and toss it in the freezer. They seal beautifully, are durable, have never leaked, and I have never had an issue with freezer burn. Being able to see into the bag and write on it with permanent marker makes grabbing the days meal out easy!

The delivery was delayed and the box of bags was opened

I bought a new box of these freezer gallon baggies to put up green beans from our garden and to freeze blanched roma tomatoes until I had enough to make a large batch of sauce. As I thawed them today I discovered all 5 baggies were leaking!!! I don't understand why the two rows of perforations are running across the bottom of every bag. That is where the bags leaked so I'm concerned air is also getting in!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Perforated lines. It diminishes the integrity. It makes the freezer gallon bags useless for containing food and then freezing it. Why don't you build some boats, poke tiny holes in the boat bottoms, and then cover them in wax paper, sealed with white school glue. Any product testing? Any real people who use freezer bags asked about their thoughts on this? Switching to a different brand now.

This package came to us VERY delayed. I am not sure if the condition of the package was a result of the delay or it started the journey in New Jersey, in this shape. I had to use wide, heavy-duty tape to hold the contents in the original packaging. I have ordered from Amazon on many occasions and never had a situation such as this. This was ordered through Walmart. It was very surprising and disappointing.

I have used the freezer gallon bags for years and had no issues. The last box I bought, the bags are not sealing, very disappointed the bags are not cheap!

I've just opened a second box of the Gallon Stay Open bags, and, as in the first box, all of the bags have slits across one side just above the logo. I have to tape them shut in order to use them. They are too expensive to just throw away.

I’m very disappointed in the quality of these freezer bags. I actually had a stem from some fresh spinach penetrate a hole through one today causing the liquid to leak out terribly. I will not be purchasing these bags again. Please improve the thickness of these bags to securely work with freezer items.
