Ziploc Slider Freezer Bags, Quart, 64 ct

Love the quality of these bags. I used to buy the generic brand but they had the tendency to leak and were easier to rip open compared to these Ziploc brand. I admit they can get a little pricey but you just have to be smarter about how you use them. I often buy more of the smaller ones and store them in the larger sizes such as these freezer bags. These bags are great to use for marinating meat and don't break when the bone punctures the side of the bag. I would recommend that you try these out if you haven't used Ziploc in a while. This is a great product..I like the ziploc slider especially as they won't open up on you accidently..I've used them for many years and would use no other.

I got these so my kids could store and sort their toys. The slider makes it really easy for them to be self-sufficient. I haven't tested these for freezer burn yet so I can't comment on that claim.

I've always been a Ziploc freezer bag user. I split up meat that I get in bulk into quart freezer bags so I only take one bag out when I'm cooking. I also put leftovers in the freezer bags to keep in the freezer. I always get Ziploc bags as the quality is definitely better that generic. This to me is an upgraded version of an already great product. The slider makes opening and closing a breeze. The expanded bottom makes it easier to fill. I love the expandable bottoms. You can fit more in your Ziploc now and it's super easy to slide and close. Best Ziplock ever!!!

Yes, these are ostensibly "freezer" bags but we buy them because they're thicker and last way longer than other Ziploc bags (non-freezer rated). We wash our Ziploc bags by hand, let them dry, and reuse. Not only is this good for the Earth, it's good for your wallet; I can't remember the last time we had to buy these, that's how long they last if you wash them. It may sound crazy to hand-wash bags like this (I haven't tried the dishwasher but wouldn't recommend), and I'll admit when I first started doing it it felt like a pain, but it is a more responsible use of the plastic in these baggies. Single-use plastic products are filling our landfills and oceans; buy a box of these once and reuse for years of life. I received this product for free in return for my unbiased review.
