My dad might have had one of these
[Employee of walmartcanada] I believe this to be a faithful reproduction of the original Zippo. They obviously were built stronger in later years, with a more robust hinge. I'm happy with the 1935 design and build.

Stop looking elsewhere. STOP @ GearBargain
I found the quality and variety of the items at GearBargain to be some of the best you will find anywhere and the prices can't be beat.

I couldn't open the screw to put in a flint. I tried using a flat head screw driver. The screw was too tight. The screw driver would just slip right off. I doubt if it would make a difference if I used a powered one. I threw the lighter away.
