Zippo Butane Lighter Insert - Double Torch

Super insert for your Zippo lighter. This butane insert produces a nice soft flame like your original fuel lighter. Great for lighting cigars. Excellent quality, fits perfectly. Note: because it's butane, you have to keep holding the button for the flame to stay on.

This lighter is great!! It's well made, easy to light, easy to adjust, easy to fill with a standard butane can, the compact size disappears in my pants pocket or even fits in my Levi's coin pocket, and flame is like a rocket that stands up to strong wind. I really like it a lot! My only gripe is the descrpition didn' make it clear that it includes a Zippo case, so I bought one - which I returned. Other than that, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Zippo has been a trusted company for close to 100 years. Old School Naptha fueled. Windproof! Glad to see that they've added butane conversion inserts.

Great package - both butane and regular lighter inserts with a case. I've only tried the butane insert - it seems a little messy to fill, but I'm still learning.

Happy to update my old zippo. its classic feel without constantly dealing with flints, fluid and springs. Its easy to fill. On low with mult daily use I fill it up every 2 weeks.

This is an excellent insert for anyone that loves carrying a Zippo but wants a yellow butane flame to avoid the light fluid taste . Tha reason it's not a 5 star review is that the lighter doesn't stay lite after striking , you must continue to hold down the lighter button for continuous flame . One of the best things about a zippo is the ability to strike it and leave it light until it is closed if this insert managed that it would be a 5 star all the way . Other than that there is nothing to complain about in regards to this lighter insert it is extremely well made at least for the first week of use if it breaks or Boggs out I will make a revised review.

This was a surprise - I ordered this and received a boxed set which contained this insert as well as a complete regular Zippo wick lighter. It's chrome with the “weathered/stonewashed” finish. I don't care for the finish; I prefer the brushed finish or shiny chrome, so I put it the insert one of my others. So as far as I'm concerned, I got an extra complete wick lighter for free. I don't know if it's a Receiving error and I received the incorrect product, the double set. The item description mentions nothing of it. As for the insert itself, it's what you'd expect. You can adjust the flame dial with a coin, in the Zippo tradition. Don't overfill it or it will blow itself out until the gas pressure gets to the normal range. Don't “top it off.”

I have had to buy a couple of these because the first one I got had an issue with the seal for the valve so it would leak butane. The replacement so far has had no issues.

Every time you fill it up you have to readjust the flame. You have to strike it 2 times every time to get it to lite and it will NOT work in cold weather. Anything below 60 degrees it won't work! Maybe I got a defective piece so I'm going to order a second one to see what happens.,I should have returned it but I hate the process,especially when it's not really that expensive.

This is not thefirst one I have had. If not used for a few weeks they stop working. Setting the flame to a reasonable height is not possible. No flame until adjusted 2/3 and two high.
