Zipr Traveler Xtra 4 Wheel Spacious Long Range Mobility Scooter - Folding Motorized Wheelchair - Travel Scooter for Adults, Seniors, Elderly - Red

I like this it's easy to take apart and fits in the trunk and easy put back together

We purchased this model for my husband to assist with mobility issues within our home. Putting it together was very easy as the directions were simple It's a solid, well built scooter with maneuverability and a long lasting battery charge. We are very happy with this scooter.

I spoke with a rep today regarding a scooter for my mother. Rep was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions thoroughly. I took the time to research multiple scooters from multiple manufacturers, read reviews on many scooters. My mother is very excited. This will be her first mobility scooter. I'm very comfortable with the decision to purchase this product after researching and then calling with questions. I am planning on reading another review once the scooter is received.

Ever since I lost my ability to walk, I have been limited to where I could go. Recently, I was ordered to go with a power chair or scooter, but my biggest concern was legroom as I am 5'10. The Zipr 4 Xtra with the seat upgrade has been the most perfect answer. I love everything about this scooter. Its ease of use, the legroom, and the customer service every step of the way have been incredible. The red color is beautiful as well. I have not found one thing about this scooter - and the buying experience - that could be any better. Would recommend this scooter to anyone.

Wanted a scooter that was both portable and Didn't compromise on space. I understand that this is a big ask and Zipr delivered. The Xtra is portable, I don't even need to disassemble to fit it in my car! I have more than enough legroom and its really comfortable when riding.

It's okay, but I purchased 2 and my mother is now in an Assisted Nursing home. The blue one is mine and it has now stopped moving at all. I purchased the Insurance for it. But,don't know how to contact them about the failure.

When I spoke (three different calls) to the company rep prior to purchase of the more expensive longer modeI, was told that it was not available but that I would be comfortable at my height of 6 foot 2 inches in this slightly shorter unit. This might be a great unit, but it is far too short for someone my height. I was badly misled and I may not be able to use this unit at all. Now i am told that returning the unit will cost me shipping costs as well as a restocking fee of 25%!! That comes to nearly half the cost of the unit, not to mention having to repack it into the damaged box it came in!

My disabled mother's scooter arrived broken, and I have been trying to return it for 2 weeks. The only thing they keep telling me is they are escalating the situation. We have purchased another scooter from another company and still have this broken one. They are trying to make me pay for the return label to send it back.

I ordered this scooter. When it arrived it was extremely smaller that what is in the picture. When I contacted the company, about returning it. I was told that it was my fault for ordering it. The company told me a total lie about their return policy. When I asked to see it in writing, they stopped all communication. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. I'm still trying to get my money back.

Zero customer support. No way to contact the seller. Instruction manual is not worth opening up. There is ZERO useful information. DO NOT BUY!
