Was great once it was put together. It took me about two hours. It would be much faster with two people. Very study. Looks great once the cover is put on. I also liked that is was not high like a regular box spring.

Absolutely the best box spring I've owned. The 4-inch height is perfect — low profile but still extremely sturdy and supportive. It feels solid and heavy-duty, not flimsy like some others I've tried. Once assembled, it doesn't squeak or shift at all. My mattress feels more stable and comfortable on top of it. Assembly was straightforward, all the parts were well packed, and the quality of the metal frame is impressive for the price. It gives great support and keeps everything level. If you're looking for a strong, reliable box spring that does exactly what it's supposed to do, this is it. I highly recommend it.

Handyman put it together-said it WAS easy!!! No squeaking, no rubbing- made a huge difference with the overly thick mattress!!

Great addition for my dad's bed! Excellent quality and now he can sleep well and have sweet dreams compared before that he was waking up with his whole body aching!!

4 in size works well for lowering my 80 mom's bed. We went very slow and then got hung up on 2 misaligned/not well drilled holes, so it took about 2 hrs with frustration breaks. Finally managed to get last screw partway in on one side. Also one bar would not fit in the slats, but was not necessary. Seems very sturdy anyway. No noise. Price fair by comparison to other options. Also great not to worry about getting it home and up stairs. Fast delivery. A Great solution. All in all we are happy with purchase.

It has a good price but not putting it to gather . Some of the screws want go other way through . I want to be able to use it but I will have to have someone to get the screws all the we threw. 🙁

the frame itself seems okay for what it is, a fairly thin metal frame. some of the pieces had to be forced together because they weren't welded to line up right. the cover it came with is the wrong size and doesn't fit, I've tried submitting a message but the seller has no direct contact information, so I have no way to get the right size cover unless the company responds. I really don't want to have to take the whole thing apart to return it.

The frame that I received was not a king as I ordered and I had to disassemble and return to Walmart. The return was very easy and I plan to continue using my Walmart app for items in the future.

Very difficult to put together. Holes did not line up correctly and holes had to be drilled again in order to assembly. Tried to call the phone number for customer service and the number never went through.

I received this item and upon taking it out of the box to assemble it, I noticed that one of the metal bars was bent. Because of this, the item cannot be properly put together. I'm very disappointed, as this has turned out to be a big waste of money—especially since it can't be returned.
