ZLine RASBM36 36 In. Professional Dual Fuel Range

My wife and I bought this about 4 years ago. We were switching from electric to gas. At the start she was scared to use it. After 4 years she won't use anything else. We are now moving and in a couple of months I will be updating the kitchen in the new house. We will be purchasing the 48” dual fuel range and hood vent. I can't wait. The simplicity of the RA30 range we have now is amazing. No fancy extras that tend to break. The range we have now is just amazing. Heat is dispersed evenly. The oven cooks completely with zero cool or hot spots. Can't wait to get the 48”. We are now looking into a Zline dishwasher and fridge. If they are made with the same quality we will be set till retirement and then some.

Really well packaged and well made. The only work required was lowering the gas and 240 outlet so that range can be pushed all the way back to the backsplash. Simmer level was adjusted down a couple of days after initial use (using the ultra slim screwdriver tool provided). Oven temperature was calibrated against an over thermometer and the settings were right on.

I got this beautiful Z line Range a couple weeks ago have not installed it yet but the quality that I see is impeccable. It's sitting in my garage right now maybe in a week or so it'll be installed, but everything‘s pristine on it. I love it. Can't wait.

This oven is beautiful and works absolutely perfect. It is just the look I was going for in my newly renovated kitchen.The electric oven cooks evenly with the luxury of having a gas stove top.The gold handles take the oven to an extremely elevated look. Very happy with this purchase.

This is the second ZLINE range we have purchased. Our first was the Legacy RA48 which was great but the new Paramount Signature PSDRSZ-BLM48-CB give us much more control and additional burners. Plus the color is absolutely stunning. Really adds a luxurious look to our kitchen!

We could not be happier with our 30” Dual We could not be happier with our 30 “ Dual Fuel Zline Stove. The bake is evenly superb along with the ease of gas cooking which took my cooking to another level. Thank you Zline for making a product that is outstanding. Oh yes, ease of cleaning is great! My husband has another woman in his baking life and her name is Zline AKA Zelda, and I like her too!

We are very pleased with the product and price point, it is a beautifully designed range made of excellent quality and performs very well. A couple of very minor objections: (1) it takes the oven quite a while to come to temperature (2) the oven blow out is at the front of the appliance causing the hot air to blow on the user vs. having it on the back of the range so it can exit through a hood/vent (3) having the burner controls on the front of the range is not ideal design as any leaning against the appliance engages the controls to click for ignition

Conversion to propane was relatively easy. I love the look and feel of the stove. Easy to clean. The burners work well. Two complaints. I love the center grill but have yet to really get it hot enough to grill a steak. Not a real big issue as we also have an outdoor kitchen where I normally do steaks. The second problem is that the oven does not heat evenly. The food towards the back gets done ALOT faster than the front. I wish this could be fixed.

I’m disappointed in the fact the the burners don’t turn down to a simmer temperature. I have vegetables on one burner and potatoes on another and they both boiled on the lowest setting. Also, the oven leaked a lot of hot air into the kitchen. I expected the oven to be sealed and to bake evenly. My cookies took twice as long to bake as they should have! So far, after the first day, I have to say I am disappointed in the performance of the range and the oven. I think I made a mistake with this range!!
