ZLINE RBIV-WM-36 refrigerator

We built a new house and had been looking at many 36" panel ready refrigerators for our kitchen. ZLINE caught our attention for a few reasons. Compared to all high-end brands, ZLINE offered the exact same specifications at a lower price and better quality. The reviews were mostly positive with fewer issues related to ice-maker, discontinued product or other components which caused grief and buyers remorse. I would highly recommend a ZLINE appliance to anyone. They are super high-end, quiet and easy to maintain. ZLINE RBIV-36

I bought the 60 inch refrigerator, which is basically 2 30 inch that you connect side by side. It’s a beautiful and Awesome product, I do wish it was easier to put together, other than that, I would definitely buy it again. The service team has been amazing, as a piece was broken, and they replaced it with a few days.

I bought this refridgerator and its one of the center pieces of the kitchen, however the light does not work on one side which normally would be no big deal... things happen. But where it gets bad is the company they use, US In Home Appliance, to provide service calls has no-showed or called to reschedule at the last minute 6 times. 6!!!! This is a vacation home which means I have spent 6 days away from my family on vacation to get this fixed while I should have been spending it with them. I've called to explain this numerous times and each person keeps saying they understand and they will personally handle the case, however I typically just get an email saying again that US In Home Services will call to schedule another appointment. I understand that things happen, but this ZLine is not capable to handle these issues when they do come up. Even scarier to think what will happen when these appliances may need parts or service down the road. Very unfortunate

My husband and I were conflicted if we wanted to stay traditional with the white or go with this new color. I was in favor for the gray, so that is what we did! Completely in love with how it looks. The tones of our kitchen are mainly darker so this feels like a perfect fit. So much space I don't even use the top shelf half the time. Can't wait for the holidays to not feel stressed about running out of room.

We ordered this refrigerator after being very disappointed in our expensive LG Unit. After 4 service calls, frustration with temperature control and ice production we decided to upscale to the ZLine. Very satisfied in the function on the refer but also happy with the looks that it brings to our kitchen. We had Christmas day at the house and receive many compliments on the sleek lines and the prominence of the square gold handles. It makes about 7LBS of ice a day and perfectly kept up with the Christmas day demand. As it would for a party or Super Bowl Sunday. We will be looking into additional ZLine appliances to upgrade the look of our Napa Valley kitchens.

Love the fridge. Wish I was taller so I could more easily reach the top shelf but that's my fault not Z line 😂 it is beautiful

This is one of our favorite additions to our renovation. Works well, plenty of room, and blends seamlessly into our kitchen cabinet designs!

We’ve had this fridge for a month. Super quiet, keeps everything cold, and has way more space than I expected. The shelves are easy to move around, and the lighting is really nice. Overall, just a solid fridge that does its job really well.

We finally upgraded to a builtin refrigerator for our remodel after dreaming about it for months. It looks amazing in our kitchen, super sleek! I can easily fit everything I need, and I love how bright it is inside. it was an investment, but one I would make for my family again!

Handle is beautiful. It does show fingerprints though. High quality, sturdy, and well made.
