Outstanding cameras for customers on a budget. I purchased two cameras and set up the alerts. We had high winds one day and the blowing leaves set off the alerts. Works great, no complaints. Very easy to set up and mount in the desired location. Will recommend to friends and family.

I bought this to be able to keep an eye on our elderly dog while we were gone on a camping trip. The camera is very clear and night vision is crystal clear. Over all it is a great camera. Sadly we lost our elderly dog on the way home from that trip. We still use the camera on our back deck. I see our outside cat and possums. We still enjoy the camera even if it wasnt the reason we bought it

Bought the wifi cam first to try out. I was so impressed by it. Good quality videos and pictures. Very user friendly. Pros: Small, Metal housing, and much more ( I want to focus on the cons) Con: If you get the NVR and 2+ wifi cams, the NVR is programmed to boot CH 1 cam and add a wifi cam taking its place on CH 1. Should give us the options to choose "priority cams" instead of the NVR prioritizing automatically. Other than that I am pretty happy with it. Got a whole set up already Pivot, Pan-tilt, wifi cam and 8 ch Spoe NVR. The 8 ch cam is on a separate account to prevent loosing CH 1. So wifi cams on one account 8 ch NVR on another (for now till the fix it) Already sent in a ticket/request.

I love Zmodo cameras. I have 3 of them total. The only complaint I have is its almost impossible to connect them to the internet. I have to call Zmodo customer service and have them to manually connect my cameras to my wifi. They have a QR code that is supposed to connect the camera to an existing account but it does not work. I tried several times to get it to connect and finally gave up and called customer service. Dont use Zmodo chat service no one ever responds whenever I try to live chat with a customer service rep.

Set up was fairly easy it had trouble recognizing the barcode but other than that I just wish the cord was longer the cord is too short I wish it had sound it does not have sound picture quality is awesome no issue with that though sometimes if an animal walks in front of it it's supposed to give you a notification of an animal it will tell you it's a car so it doesn't always give you the correct identification. people that picks up, fine cars that picks up fine animals it tells you it's a car.. in all no matter major issues. It says it's supposed to go with Google home mini but when I clicked to view it won't let you view says it cannot be viewed. So I unpaired it with my Google home mini. Another thing I noticed you couldn't pick what items that it will pick up like animals people cars and other motions it will sometimes change that and it will pick all motions even though I don't want all motions I have a flag and so every time the flag moves I get a a notification so I have to go back in there and check off all motions but it keeps referring back to that that can be annoying for other than that not too bad if you don't have a lot of money to spend these work well it works off your Wi-Fi but you have to plug it in but like I said it does need to have a bit of a longer cord it's too short I have to buy two extension cords

requires a subscription to "the cloud" to save video. Fairly easy to set up. Put cell phone screen to camera to get it connected. The camera seems to have issues with light; preferring night mode even with light. It suddenly changed from recording normally to recording the image upside down. Still trying to work with it before installing it for security. It would be nice to be able to connect the app on a WIFI laptop, to save the videos

okay ive had this one for year and it just stop working. ive got 2 more inside and playback with all them sucks it sucks it take up to hour sometimes..oh and tech support a joke it all via text. it come. with warranty but cant get to agent to do a calm. yes it affordable but not worth the headache.

A lot of lag time between what is captured and when you get to see it. Motion detection is horrible. It would pick up a pigeon coming into the yard but not once capture me walking past. Will be returning it.
