Best tool for cleaning my kitchen floor and bathroom floors including my walk in shower floor. Took a short time to learn how to use it. Watched u tube to gain some knowledge. Turning it off was the most important lesson. .it needs to be enfacised in paper work. Once ypu learn this important step everything else is easy.

Purchased this to clean laminate and tile floors in my home. I have pets so the fact that I can clean and sanitize without the use of chemicals is a huge plus. I only wish the unit had an on/off switch. This starts to heat immediately when you plug it it.

It was recommended to us, very impressed...works like it's a $500 purchase! Very easy to put together and change pads, heavy duty quality but lightweight - dries quickly and is ideal for our bamboo hardwood floors. Plus, no additional cleaner needed, just water! Cleans the best! Thank you!!

Sad i didnt get this mop before. Even with steam & not chemicals, my tile floor still sparkles. I just spray a little fabuloso on the bathroom floor bwfore steaming just to give the cleanly smell after a good deep cleaning. Would definitely recommend. & I'm already looking to buy a shark vacuum to replace my dyson...make the switch, it's worth it for sure.

The Mark does a great job of pulling up dirt off of the floors. Our use it on high setting in the tile areas and low setting on the laminate flooring sett purchased steam mop to replace the traditional way of mopping. This machine does a great job. It is so easy to use. We just bought a house. We got on our hands and knees to clean the floors. My daughter suggested I buy this machine because she loved it so much. The first floors I used it on were the ones we had just cleaned. It was amazing how much this machine got off the floors that were just cleaned. I love it!

I replaced another Shark steam mop with this purchase because my dog decided to chew off the cord of the old one. I really liked the old one and was reluctant to buy a new one. But wow, putting the mop pad on this version is a breeze. And taking the dirty, very hot one off is even easier. One button, and it releases and drops into your laundry basket like a transformer. I was very impressed. I dragged my husband in to view the amazement. Even he was impressed. Lastly, the steam shot for spots is the best. Just flip and press against the ground, and it steam blasts away said "ick". I love this steam mop, and I hope it lasts as long as the old Shark steam mop I had previously.

I was searching for a mop with a larger cleaning surface and this one is perfect! So happy I found this one!! I love that you have 2 cleaning surfaces with this mop. When one side gets dirty flip it over and you have a whole other side to clean with. It is perfect for my hardwood floors. It doesn't leave them wet, just clean!! With 2 dogs and 3 kids I need clean and this is the perfect mop to do the job! Highly recommended!

I bought this a month ago to replace a smaller shark steam mop. The Genius has a larger 2-sided pad, so it is cleans the floor quickly. The triangle pad is great for the bathroom, corners and small areas. The tank is easy to fill. I did purchases another set of pads seperately so I have a clean one on hand. Cleans floor better than my smaller one (not pocket) and water tank goes a long way before needing a refill.

I purchased the Shark Genius mop just a few weeks ago. I have tried Shark steam mops before and haven't been satisfied. I am satisfied with this one. It actually works. The steam control does a very good job and unit is easy to use. I will say that I only use it on porcelain tile but for my use so far so good. I would recommend this unit.
