Zojirushi BB-CEC20BA Home Bakery Supreme 2lb Breadmaker, Black

I just started my freshly milled flour and bread making journey, and the Zojurushi Supreme has made it an excellent experience for this beginner! It has been great for the busy, working mom of four. I load the ingredients and don't think about it again until it's done. The bread is delicious and I'm so happy with my purchase!

Had it only a few days, and have already used it to make several loaves of bread, muffins, and turnovers! Really love it! I found the choice of recipes in their booklet very broad, and the first bread I made was very dense, but it worked GREAT! Just followed their directions and all was well!

This is my second bread machine from Zojirushi, and I love it! My first one is 16 years old and still working. I have had to replace the bread pan and paddles, but it makes perfect bread. I have adapted several bread recipes for this bread maker and also use it for pizza dough.

Great bread machine! After checking on line reviews and ATK recommendations, we opted for the Zojirushi Home Bakery Supreme and have not been disappointed! From home ground wheat bread to plain old white bread this machine has performed. We have also used it for sugar free jam made with stevia and it's out of this world! Once in canning jars you can use a water bath to make it shelf stable with little labor, mess or heat in your kitchen. We can't wait to use this machine for more of its capabilities.

So far I've only made recipes from the included manual. Breads, chocolate cake and, today, dough. Everything has turned out beautiful and delicious. Next I'll start using recipes from the bread machine cookbooks I've collected over the years. So if they fail I know it's either the recipe or the cook, not the machine. The dual paddles seem mix better than my old single paddle machine. And the paddles are easier to clean than the old ones; no nooks and crannies that needed a toothpick to get clean. The horizontal loaf is better than the old vertical loaf. With a vertical loaf you basically lost the last couple slices because they would have a hole in the middle from the paddle. The horizontal loaf has no waste, just a few slices with notches in the bottom but still usable for sandwiches.

Sensational. I am incredibly please that I purchased this bread maker. It is very user friendly. I have made numerous loaves already. Will be trying jam tonight and cake at a later date. This machine makes your life very easy. The cook book included gives great recipes and tips. Thank you, Zojirushi! I am very grateful for everyone involved in creating this great product!

I am extremly happy with my Zojirushi bread machine. It hs made my life easier! The hardest thing for me was the programming and I had to find a video on Youtube to follow to get it set up correctly. I blame my age on not being tech savvy.

So far so good! I've made two loaves and they were great. It's so quiet compared to my last breadmaker (from another company), and I really love the traditional loaf size.

I had one before and we moved and I didn'r have room for it so I gave it to our daughter. We moved again and I really missed making bread so I bought another. Made my first loaf and it was delicious, just as I remembered.

This machine was not usable for us at all. Heaven forbid you don't put in the bread long enough, you will just get the HOT error and won't be able to bake it longer. Then you get collapsed bread. The dough never came together in the mixing and overall it just didn't work. This thing only produced hard subpar bread when following other recipes.
