Quality of variable diet for betta is very good if you've been feeding them pellets. And if you don't introduce any betta beads whether Aquino or Interpet; even better as the beads will be depleted real fast causing choking concerns when you're not around on vacation. Major drawback is that as it dissolves; the toxicity from ammonia by product of poop will be a concern come day 4 of the 7 when you're vacationing despite the fact your betta will be thrilled swelling in alkalinity concerning water if not filtration aeration but just container/bowl. Regular pricing of this product is about the same if just slightly pricier than pellets but then again; when dissolved some of the bits were really appreciated by all of my bettas. Literally gobbled by my bettas and happy not eating by my feeding schedule for a change.
Love that they are sealed so tightly individually so they don't get moisture in once opened. Great for our betta when we travel.
It came very fast and boxed well.
Welp, they must be fantastic because my dog stole them and ate them within 10 minutes of their arrival, LOL. (I've used them before, they're good.)
Works well. We set it on the top of a leaf so it's not at the bottom of the tank where fish don't like to eat from.
I am going on a trip soon, I heard good things about this product. I really hope it works.
Good for when we are gone away and can't feed our fish
Arrived too late for us to use on our vacation. Otherwise works as advertised
RIP my beautiful beta. I was testing a week before I leave for my trip. Each beta tank had it's own feeding block. I only wish I had read the 1 star review dated many years ago. One beta just not moving as much after the 2nd day of the feeding block. The 2nd one was ok. i did a small water change to the first one and still no improvement. sadly he didnt make it. My 2nd one is now going through the same thing. Im doing a small water change every other day. Hope he will pull through
Killed my betta on the first day. I was going to be gone for three days, but fish died on first day immediately after placing product in tank. Fish was perfectly healthy, no problems, so I'm going to have to assume it was this product that killed the fish. Would not dare use again, so I'm throwing out the remaining five blocks. Sorry.
