yes this stuff is great. Walmart is the cheapest place that I've found it so far. my turtle is medium sized and goes through this stuff in about two months.

Eastern Painted Turtle Loves It
My 2yr old Eastern Painted Turtle loves this stuff. I give him this mixed with some occasional greens and he's happy and healthy. Better value than in pet stores as long as you get your cart up to the $35 for the free shipping.

Turtles are happy :)
Lucy and Toby really like the they way the food bounces when it hits the water. I like their healthy happy turtles.

So far turtle has not touched it. She in an outdoor pond. So, I'm not sure if it's because she doesn't like it. Or getting ready to habitat? I'll keep trying.

My turtle did not eat a single one. The catfish in the tank cleaned them up, expensive treat for a fish intended to be food for the turtle.
