Zoo Med Laboratories Reptile Lamp Stand 15 X 38 Inch

Nice fit for two different size tanks. Nice sturdy construction for intended purpose - holding lamps. The base has a nice weight but is not too heavy. Factory packaging could use some work as all internal restraints were made of plastic that broke allowing the arms and rods to slide around doing damage to the finish of several parts. The base also moves a bit causing damage to itself and the other parts. These comments are true of both boxes.

I originally ordered 1 for my 15 gallon terrarium for my hognose snake. it worked so well i ordered a 2nd. its extremely sturdy being made of steel and easy to put together, thankfully because theres no instructions. 10/10 I'd buy again.

Perfect for my 40 gal turtle tank. Very sturdy, heavy metal base to go under the tank. Had to extend the height all the way up, and it still stays stable. I like the clips to hold back the light cord

works great, but came with no instructions. had a huge hole on the side of the packaging and all the pieces fell out of the box even though there were twist ties in the box to hold the rails. took forever for shipping. was delayed maybe too close to the holidays.

The stand doesn't come w directions. But, looking at the picture on the box it's easy to put it together referencing from the picture. Just make sure you put the stand under the tank before you fill it with water, which I didn't do. It's built to hold a single lamp. Mine is a double. But, it works perfectly for what I need it for.

Overall probably a great stand but even with the weighted base my uv lamp caused it to sag too close for my liking. Packaging it came in was beaten pretty badly and the twist ties that held the base to the packaging were broken off letting the pieces jangle around freely.

Would be 5 stars but Im pretty sure it was a returned product! It wasnt strapped down in the box at all, no instructions and theres markings on it. If I didnt desperately need it Id return it for a NEW one!!
