You can cool most things at a lower heat than normal due to the distribution and The non-stick surfwce is safe with all materials so you dont need to worry about scratching. best of all its dishwasher friendly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful sauté pan. Durable easy clean up. Sautéed chicken breast with steamer on top with asparagus. Chicken was tender and juicy, asparagus tender and tasty. Love the spatula and the silicone trivet. Excellent workmanship.

Versatile, and was able to Cook different ingredients without having issue of them sticking to pan. The handle got hot and was not always convenient when I try to take food off heat. Would recommend buying the product with that caution, handle with care. Looking fwd to testing the steaming function soon.
