Excellent value for a quality kitchen item. It is sturdy and easy to hold and use. I love the option of so many different handle colors too, a surprise extra bonus. I looked for pasty tools at one of our local big stores and the cost was more than 2 times as much and I like the looks of this one much more. This company seems to really do a good job.

I had an antique pastry cutter and was hesitant to get rid of it but two of the blades had broken off and it was time. I looked at all the choices and decided on this one. I am very happy with it. it is sturdy, fits my hand perfectly and does the job.

It's a hard breakthrough with saving enough money to buy a food processor. But me bought this product is the least of my money problems, and as you can see that the blades totally break the dough better to make ultimate pie crust recipes WAY better. Plus, the green color fits me well with my personality to the greater vibes in baking at home. So, please folks think about it! It's better to have these bad boys (and gals) to help solve your problems to bake the right stuff instead of wasting your money over expensive food processor stuff (And any color you love most is best) Promise me. Purchased this to help cut ice cold butter into pastry dough, biscuits, and tortillas. It works perfectly. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the blades cut effortlessly through even frozen butter. The price was affordable. Shipping was fast and easy.

Great quality for the price. Love the bright green color; it also has sharp edges which helps blend frozen butter with flour in pastry recipes easily.

I loved the fact that my Dough Blender arrived early. It is very sturdy and should hold up for years. I use it each week to make up my dogs meals to go on their dry food.

Durable construction but not as effective as I had hoped for cutting butter into tiny pieces for berry crisp. My electric beaters work better for that task, so I'm not sure I will use this item. Maybe it will be better for making biscuits.
