bought this one after my plastic one broke. I wanted a better quality more sturdy slicer. This one is alot better. I like how heavy it is. The only thing I would change, is make the handle longer. It's a bit on the shorter side. Other then that it works well, and slices nicely

This very well made, adjustable cheese slicer is a must have in any kitchen. It can be used for ultra thin slices to extra thick %26 everywhere in between. It is truly the best cheese slicer I have ever used. I highly recommend.

I have an old family recipe that calls for wide slices of Colby cheese and this slicer made the task easy! The stainless wire is very tight and readily sliced through the block of cheese plus it stayed in the position I needed because each side has an adjustment screw. The large roller helped too. It's easy to clean and easy to use and it's much heavier than my old broken one! It comes with two extra wires but I'm betting I won't be needing them for some time!

If you love cheese and slice it often,YOU MUST HAVE THIS! I absolutely love it! It is made VERY WELL and I know I won't have to buy another slicer for 25 years or more!

This is a very nice cheese slicer. it comes with 2 extra wires. It's so shiny and new, I almost just want to frame it! But I didn't. I'm a picture framer. Seriously, this slicer would make a lovely wedding gift. it's so nice. It slices beautifully. Thank you.

The Cheese slicer appears to be well-made. But the handle is so short that it was hard for me to hold steady enough to get a consistently thick slice of cheese. Oh, also when it comes to the end of the block of cheese, it has a 10. Paul. The end of the block. I had to turn the cheese slicer diagonally at the end in order to keep it from pulling the whole end of the block off. Other than those two things seem to be just an average cheese slicer
