I gave this water bottle five stars because first of all is 64 ounces and I drink 2-3 of them a day. It’s awesome. Second of all it rarely leaks. When I first got it, the cap was very difficult to open and close. After some adjustments, it works like a dream. It is not insulated, so just keep that in mind.

I love this style of water jug! I’ve never seen one with two handles which is why I bought it and really like how it hold up to 4 water bottles! it has a really good stream and doesn’t spill when it tips over!

I love the jug, my only complaint is the top of the straw. It’s silicone, which for most people isn’t an issue but I’m an avid lip balm/gloss wearer and the silicone can get gross if you don’t keep it wiped off periodically. It’s kind of hard to get to remove as well. But other than that, I love the cup and it’s helping me drink a ton more water!

I really like this water bottle. My only complaint is that the plastic cover for the straw is really hard to open. I've just been leaving it off most of the day so it's not a big problem.

Great jug increase water intake , although my only complaint is when i hold the side handle my bottle seems to leak so i have to hold it from the top handle.

I purchased two of these. One of them is great and I love it. The other one must have had an issue and there is mold growing by the handle. I understand defects happen, but I reached out to the manufacturer via their email system and they never responded. Terrible customer service. My other one still seems to be okay but obviously I am quite nervous to use it since my other one had the mold issue. Its hard to see in the photo but the mold is almost sandwiched between the handle grip and the plastic, so there is no way to clean it. Even running it through the dishwasher didnt work. Bummer!
