These cameras offer excellent value for the money. They are solidly made, easy to mount and set up, the app is straightforward to use, and picture quality is excellent. One of mine stopped operating during a brief trip out of town, and I assumed that it was because it needed to be recharged. Turned out that for whatever reason it went offline. Caitlyn in customer service patiently walked me through a software procedure for getting it back in operation. So I'd have to say that the product is backed with excellent support staff. Overall, I'm highly satisfied.

It works great. I have neighbors habitually trespassing my yard, setting their basketball hoop at the property line. Their ball destroyed my newly planted flowers. They climb up the fence to retrieve the ball. The fence now broken apart. Wood chips were messed all over to the street. Their father claimed that those are “stolen” by someone. When rain and wind storm hits, they push down that entire thing blocking my gate to backyard completely, so they can use their driveway. That is not once a while. They literally used my yard as the baskets ball court. Every day, for hours, I mean every day, they have been running all over my yard often hitting my wall with huge bangs, running into ft with the balls. Asked nicely. “ Understand” was answered with no modification of behaviors. Three no trespassing signs was taken away by them. After I asked them 4 times, the boy said “nobody hears you”. I said “I got enough. I will go to the police next time”. So far with the camera, they modified their behavior. The camera already videotaped that they came few times a day to come into. But it was not the degree as before. At the degree of few times a day, it doesn't worth to go headaches. But if they return to their behavior again, I already have the proof.

Camera is compact and very easy to set up and use. For a battery-operated outside camera, not sure you can get much better quality for the price. I also contacted customer support about a minor issue and they were very helpful. Plus, you don't need a subcription or monthly fee to make this work. Overall, I am very pleased.

I've had this camera about two years now, and I would say it does the job it was intended for. It's easy to set up and has good visibility. The value for the money is so good that I bought two more (newer models- solar powered)for the front of the house. We now have four of these cameras. The battery needs charging at-least once per month

So I have have had mine up and running for a week now and love them. I did have a hiccup on my second camera when I was scanning the QR code, I had my camera charging when I was trying to activate it and it wouldn't take. So I unplugged it and it worked after that. The cost and the clarity is why I made the purchase, I've been an Arlo user before I purchased these.

I've bought more than a few of these now, they work well, setup easy I have ones on every corner of my house and garage, then just ordered a few more for my cousins house. The solar panel keeps them charged so I didn't need to pull wires everywhere so that was good.

I have engaged in getting many cameras. I truly state this is definitely the best. It's so easy to install. And performs so eloquently. Don't believe me. Simply try it yourself. If you're truly honest with yourself. YOU! Will without delay admit that it shall be one of the easiest installed. Best performing camera you shall meet. BUY IT! YOU'LL LUV IT!

I love this camera! We had nonstop issues with a different popular brand, and really needed to see if we could find our missing cat on camera. This shipped fast, was on sale, and has a great picture. We will be replacing all our other cameras with one of these.

Update: The seller did reach out to help troubleshoot the problem I was having with the camera. It did help a bit but it didn't completely resolve the issue. Know that if you do use it indoor near a window that it won't detect all motion. You'll have to go into the settings and adjust certain things first for this to work. I'm not too happy with this purchase. I bought it because of all the reviews but after having it for a while now the cost is not worth it compared to my other one. My other door camera is only $3.99 a month and includes motion detection. I use this one indoors in back yard area because I'm not able to install it outside, since I rent. I feel it is always offline and doesn't detect motion when people walk by my place, so if I have to record I have to do it while in live mode. Also, to capture motion detection or recognition that is an extra cost. Also, the price was more expensive than my other one, which is almost exactly like the one I already had, which I got from another seller on here.

Worked great for the first 7 days with their cloud. Bought a SD card as I did not need a lot of storage and the thing is garbage now. Won't connect even for a live feed. Batteries do not stay charged more than a day so having them outside and hung high is not feasible. Would not recommend at all.
