ZUMIMALL 360° PTZ Wireless Outdoor Solar & Battery Powered Security Camera, 2K/3MP Color Night Vision, 2.4GHz WiFi, Works with Alexa

I recently acquired this security camera, and so far, it has proven to be a reliable addition to our building's security system. I installed it in the stairwell to monitor access to the roof, and I'm satisfied with its performance. The camera's build quality is commendable, with both the body and mounting panel feeling sturdy and durable. Setting it up was straightforward, requiring minimal effort. I've found the motion alerts to be quite responsive, as I receive notifications in a timely manner whenever there's activity. The complimentary 6-second cloud footage provides a brief preview of the action. I then could review the full actions (the length of recoding is configurable) recorded on the SD card (I have several from previously owned digital cameras). Unlike some competitors that impose additional charges for cloud storage and restrict SD card recordings, this camera offers an all-in-one solution with no hidden costs or subscription fees. Moreover, the camera offers a range of features, including the ability to tilt and swipe for better viewing angles, as well as an intercom function for added convenience. Customer service is very satisfactory. The US based call center and China-based tech support team are very responsive. While the recording quality may not be top-notch, it is adequate for monitoring purposes. Despite this minor drawback, I am satisfied with my purchase and would consider buying it again if needed.

I have other Cameras but one is limited to where you can locate it because you have to find somewhere to plug it in. This Camera is Solar powered and you can locate it anywhere within your Wi-Fi zone. This is a big plus. The Picture quality is good along with motion sensor and recordings. I can move it around to areas where I suspect movements so I can see what is going on.

I bought these cameras for my Mom who lives in the Caribbean..it works great and her children in the USA and UK can view perfectly. I like the fact that there is a very clear colour imagine, even at nights and the 360 rotation works great with no issues. Easy to install and manage. Now other family members wants Zumimall Cameras, its a good buy.

I'll be honest, I mostly got this so I could see when GrubHub arrived. The automatic detection recording is great! I unfortunately know now that people like coming into my side years :/ A++ Camera. Super easy to setup with my phone. Cloud storage was cheap and easy to sign up for too

WoW!!! This is a grea camera that I purchased for our home it works very very well, pans well, simple to install and use on the app - the pictures very clear in the motion does exactly what it supposed to do. The set up is easy no problem mounting the camera was very smooth. I recommend this camera for your every security needs. :)))))

I have had some of the older cameras for a few years and like those. I had an issue with one of the older purchased not holding a charge and ZUMIMALL replaced. So two weeks ago I ordered two of these cameras and I am in love. I love how they function, the quality and the price. I love the ease of adding new cameras and customer service. I have two solar camera i have yet to install that are th older model, but nkw i want to up grade all of my cameras.

This is my third ZUMIMALL camera. This one is mounted under a gable at our beach house in a very harsh environment, yet it works perfectly and provides excellent quality video. The motion detection feature functions extremely well. I have two others that are ZUMIMALL fixed cameras and the app allows easy access from my phone and Android tablet even though one is mounted outside our other home 75 miles away. The image quality on the PTZ ZUMIMALL is really excellent. I especially like the ability to remotely review, save, email and/or erase captured video events from my phone. Installation and set up couldn't be easier. You can't beat this PTZ, full featured camera for the money.

This Zumimall camera has generally met my expectations. I've been using it for about a week now and have tested most if not all of its features. The initial set up and insulation was easy enough. There have been a couple quirky aspects of its operation that took some getting used to. The feature that took longest to get used to was the PTZ capability. It would appear that there are two ways you can engage pan, tilt, and zoom capabilities. One is by tapping the image, and then tapping PTZ on the bottom of the screen menu bar which brings up an on screen control device that allows you to pan back-and-forth or tilt up and down. this PTZ control device does not however, allow you to zoom. To zoom in and out you need to use a two finger pinch and separate approach as is typical with images. You can also drag a finger across the screen to pan and tilt, however, panning, and tilting by a finger drag soon becomes dysfunctional and the camera becomes unable to pan and tilt at all. Closing the Camera app and restarting resets all functionality to proper operation. For problem, free image acquisition use the PTZ tool to pan and tilt, then zoom using a two finger pinch and separate. Another quirk occurs when the microphone is on. The camera noises, say from PTZ operation, will be audible and sound like birds chirping. This was kind of confusing until I figured out what was going on. I've also used the motion detection feature to some extent and so far have found it very reliable. I've set the sensitivity fairly low and set the area for motion detection to a minimum area. I don't like false alarms, and where I have it seems to be working to my satisfaction. I placed the camera on my front porch so anybody approaching the front door will trigger a notification, but the random bird flying through or squirrel scampering along does not set off a notification of motion detection. I have not yet fully drained the initial battery charge from the factory setting. I have though done a partial recharge to make sure that the battery would recharge properly since I have been testing the camera frequently, I expect that I have been using the battery more than I would normally and the battery does not seem to be losing charge alarmingly. There is a feature where you can check the battery charge in the app which is handy. There does seem to be some variation of plus or minus 5% in the reported battery charge which caused me some concern initially, until I got accustomed to the reading variability. In conclusion, I would say the Zumimall camera is a keeper, and I would recommend it with the caveats noted above.

Purchased this camera and it worked great until it failed. I was very impressed by the quality of the unit and used it frequently. After it failed the customer support team was very supportive in replacing the unit and helping me with testing and activation procedures. I would recommend this unit.

Would be a superior product if it actually detected animals like advertised, but only humans as default. Subscriptions needed for the AI detections and the cloud storage.
