Easy to use with good sound quality. However, right earbud doesn't work. Based on reviews, this appears to be a regularly occurring issue. I tried to exchange them online, but "refund" was the only option only to get to the end and not be able to process online. That's SUPER frustrating. So send me another doggone earbud, and we'll call it even. Oh yeah... and my order was delayed several times before it finally arrived. Order at your own risk. I like the color (red) and the quality of the parts that do work, so I just just keep them.

only the left earphones charged and the right ones doesn't charge at all.

We could not get the head phones to stay on all the time they were bluetoothed. I didnt have any problems with the head phones for the first week of use then after the first week the head phones wouldnt stay on after 5 mins of being fully charged and on. The ear pods we , me and my friend couldnt get the ear pods to ever pair with bluetooth, the instructions were not any help either. I ended up just giving them away hoping someone else could figure them out to work properly. I will never buy this brand again tho. Disappointed. The set doesnt come with a charger box either and they had very short charger cords.

Th earphone set is not loud enough for my liking. The wireless earbuds that comes with a rechargeable case does not work at all you can't even turn them on to connect to a device or to even hear any sound coming from the earbuds. However the headset does work but they have very low sound you can barely hear anything. I had the wireless earbuds on the charger for about 3 days now and they still does not turn on. I would really like a refund but i get it you get what you pay for but i was not expecting the earphones not to work at all.

I charged the ear buds for 2 hours until they were "fully charged" %26 they died within minutes. I knew I wasnt buying top quality stuff for the price I paid but I expected them to atleast hold a decent charge.

These are the worst headphones I ever bought. Its like buying plastic in the shape of headphones. They have HORRIBLE quality.
