pilates bar
I really like this bar. This is my 3rd now....they do loosen up after about 2 years. It's just the right tension for me and can be easily tightened by just twisting the cord over the bard, instead of stopping and readjusting like other devices. It easily comes apart for my suitcase and is the lightest one I have found for travel.
