I purchased the ZUNMOS Elderly Power Lift Recliner for my grandparents, and they absolutely love it! The spacious seat provides great comfort, and the massage and heating features are incredibly soothing. The lift function is smooth and makes it much easier for them to get up without strain. The cup holder and side pockets are very convenient for keeping drinks and essentials close by. The remote control is straightforward to use, and the gray color fits perfectly with our living room decor. Highly recommend this recliner for anyone looking for a blend of comfort and functionality!

The chair it self,you can feel the boards...its not comfortable at all,the massage feature sucks,heat works okay

The description and picture are not what is in the box. There are cupholders pictured and described, which is not in the box. To me, it's a bait and switch. I asked for the item to be reviewed before it was sent and clearly, it was not. That was one of the main features.

HAD TO RETURN THIS ITEM AS THE PLACES ON THE CHAIR THAT HAD THE HEAT SENSORS WHERE LITERALLY STICKING UP AND SO UNCONFORTABLE. THE CHAIR WAS NOT FOR ME AT ALL

After using this chair for 5 months, it started falling apart. Boards started breaking. Makes all kind of klunking noises. I would not recommend this piece of TRASH to anyone!

It was the worse chair I have ever bought it was so hard to zip the arm rest up and the arms are wood and it's not even what I ordered I'm not happy with it
