Great Concept, Just not Practical
Not great for large sandwiches or sandwiches with a "spreads". The toaster pressed all of my "spread" out when I pushed down and I had to spend about an hour cleaning mustard out of my toaster. Also, I was only to maybe get a couple of slices of turkey and one slice of cheese and even then it didn't come out very well.

Looks nice
Two stars because it looks nice. It lacks the ability to toast at the level selected. Plus? It's slower than our old models. Overpriced.
