I've used this brand since the early 1970s and have 3 complete sets….. NEVER … repeat NEVER have I found fault with their products . Purchased 2 3” paring knives as presents for up coming birthdays…
We've used a couple 3" pairing knives for years and are taking this opportunity to add 4 inchers to our collection. The extra inch will be helpful in some situations and we'll continue to enjoy the overall design and quality we've enjoyed for years. Definitely recommend.
These are nice, lightweight knives of great quantity. We own a few Zwilling and Henkel knives, perfect for the kitchen and carving large, grilled meats.
I believe this to be, by far, the best kitchen knife on the market. The size and balance are perfect. The steel is easy to sharpen. The 15-degree factory bevel is great for a start and it is easy to push that to a 17 1/2-degree angle which is the perfect compromise between sharpness and long-lasting durability. And once the blade is sharpened it holds an edge as long as any knife with which I have experience. Note this is the concealed tang no rivet model. And while not the most expensive Zwilling 4" paring knife I believe it to be their best. I have found all of this particular Zwilling model (various lengths and styles) to be the best in class knife available.
I just love my Henckels knives set. I brought it several years ago and they are still amazing. Just the right grip and weight. The sharpness is exceptional. Unfortunately my 4 inch paring knife went missing (think it got thrown out by accident) so purchased a replacement. Still the same quality on these 4 star knives. Nothing cuts like they do. I worked for a large casino for awhile and because everyone loved my knives, I had to get my initials engraved on all the blades in my set so no one could walk away with them. It worked and I always went home with all my lovely knives otherwise they would walk away. Nothing like Henckels, I recommend them highly.
Bought this to replace my lost paring knife. I have an assortment of these Henkel's. They are good knives. Used it already. Like the feel/balance of it in my hand. Cuts and peels great. Sharp. No drag. Priced higher than I remember. Quality.
This knife is the most used in my kitchen! It stays super sharp and I use it to slice and dice all salad veggies, make sandwiches, open plastic wraps and containers, probably everything your not supposed to do with a fine knife like this - but it's utility is phenomenal! Should have bought two - but I am trying to upgrade my whole drawer of knives to Zwilling/Henckels! Love them all!
We first bought the 4" paring knives in the late 1970's. Due to losses over the years, we recently found it necessary to purchase some replacements. What a delight when we opened the parcel. The knives look exactly like the ones we bought 40 years ago. Best of all, the quality of the product is still outstanding. The knives cut so easily and are very comfortable in the hand. In a world where quality and service seem to be a thing of the past we thank you so very much for maintaining your high standards.
I started switching to Zwilling knives because of their outstanding quality.
Feels great to use for small slicing, use mine for everything
