ZWILLING Gourmet 6.5-inch Nakiri Knife

Your knives are always the best and I have been purchasing them for my chef husband for many years. This one is one we have been missing and honestly it was long overdue. He has adored using it since receiving it and has gone so far to attest it makes cutting veggies fun!

Great knife. I've used it everyday since I purchased it. It hold an edge well and makes prep so much easier.

This knife is surprisingly light but does not feel cheap. Full tang, solid build, and very sharp. This is a knife that will last me a very long time with proper care.

My dad purchased this for me as a gift because I already have a 7" chef's knife from Zwilling, and I had expressed interest in something more lightweight for my smaller hands. This is perfection! It fits beautifully into my hands while offering me precision, sharpness, and control. I use it daily for most of my prep work. Cutting lettuce and certain other denser items are better suited for the heavier chef's knife. But most of my daily cooking is solved with the lighter-weight Nakiri.

I got the Nakiri for my food enthusiast boyfriend who has used it for any and all veggie prep since he opened it on Christmas. He says it is super comfortable to use, very sharp, and easy to scoop up the cut food.

An excellent knife! Has become my go to for almost all things in the prep work part of cooking. Simply simple, effective and just an amazing tool to have at my disposal. My only regret is that it has taken me so long to get this knife.

Have used it daily for two weeks and love this knife. I would give it a five star except for handle not being up to the standard as my other Zwilling Henkel knives!
