ZWILLING Gourmet 8-inch Bread Knife

This knife sits beautifully in your hand. I bake tons of sourdough and was getting a blister from my mid priced Amazon knife. This was a registry gift and we're so happy with it!

It is a good length to.cut bread loaves of all sizes. It is sharp and does not damage the slice.

Only what you would expect from Zwilling. Great balance and weight.

We all need a good bread knife in the kitchen. This stamped bread knife is made from premium German steel thats been ice hardened to stay sharp longer and be more corrosion resistant. The serration on this knife bites into bread crust without slippage and leaves little crumb.

This is a quality bread knife. The German made ice hardened steel gives a very sharp strong blade. It cuts through the crustiest breads with ease. Its great for tomatoes and melons too......basically anything with a thicker tougher outside and soft inside. The three rivet handle is very comfortable to hold. I love the logo on the center rivet.

Gourmet knives are made from German Special Formula Steel, also forged from one piece of stamped steel so super durable. This knife is razor sharp, as are all the other Gourmet knives. The handle is comfortable and lightweight, a nice option compared to other heavy handle knives. It can get through any think crumb with out damaging it.
