I have not owned any sort of nonstick pan, ever, because of health concerns. But seeing that this new technology had been deemed safer, I looked for the highest rated pan, and found Zwilling. I had heard of Henckel so I decided to spend the extra $ and purchase this pan. How many ways can I say we love it? I ordered the 9.5 inch because we thought it would be used just for omelets. We do use it for eggs, but also for just about everything else too. We are using it for every meal. It heats evenly, food cooks nicely, it cleans nicely. Just perfect. Will probably have to buy another bigger one now.

The BEST fry pan! Love our Madura fry pans from ZWILLING! Nothing ever sticks, so clean up is quick. One of the best features is you get even heat across the entire surface. Other fry pans not only stick, but heat varies from different spots around the pan.

I've had this brand of pans before, I think they're the best pans on the market, at a GREAT price point. I'm thinking of ordering a set for each of my kids for a Christmas gift, can't go wrong!

Great pans. super non-stick. I'm going to try to never use pan spray on them, but that's a tough habit to break. Would have liked the larger pan to be 1" wider

This is the best pan my husband and I have ever used. We cook a lot and the depth and size is perfect for such dishes as chicken Milanese, veal piccata, and just warming up food like lasagne.

Best lightweight nonstick on the market! I have used on very high heat and it didn't warp. It cooks evenly, and it heats up fast. I love cooking with carbon steel and cast iron, but for everyday cooking, this is my new go-to.

I bought these for my son and daughter in-in -law for Christmas. They had used mine and loved them (as I do), they are even cooking, and easy to clean. Ilove mine!

After years of avoiding non stick pans due to the toxins in the coating, I was excited to buy this pan with the different material. Nice and heavy, cool handle, and great non stick properties. Unfortunately, yesterday I noticed, the coating has started to peel off the edge after barely a month of gentle use. I plan on contacting the company to discuss the issue.
