ZWILLING Motion Hard Anodized 8.5-qt Aluminum Nonstick Dutch Oven

I was shocked when I got the product. I couldn't believe the craftsmanship of this pan. Well made and a nice thickness to it. The lid is also well crafted. I think this brand is my new favorite. I only purchase hard anodized pans, I will be purchasing more from them.

Quality product. Great nonstick finish, good heft to the pot, ergonomic handles, high-quality glass lid. Just moved into a new place with glass-top electric range, that's all I've used it on so far, but it performs well. And it's the "good" non-stick coating, promise. I, for one, am hooked.

It's a great pot for soups, chili, and big batches of tomato sauce. I've never had anything like it or scene something similar. I love it!

It's a great wide bottom pot. I like that it is flat on tue bottom so that I can fit more food in it when frying things.

Made in China. If I could have found one made in the USA or Canada I would have bought it. Good quality but made by our potential enemy.

Lifting the lid because per care instruction you cannot cover the pot while cooking to avoid destroying the lid

This is a really great dutch oven to use. I've had mine for going on 4 years and it's really held up nicely. I like using it whether I'm making pasta or stews, the nonstick truly is ultra-durable and really releases food well and cleans nicely. Lighter in weight which helps when filling it with liquids so it's not overly heavy. Also the dutch oven lid fits perfectly on the 10" Motion fry pan, super convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had many pots from high and low end. I really love rhw Zwilling German made knives, and decided to buy some Zwilling cookware as well. This pan ticks , every box for what I need in a pan. It is Madewell. The coding does not seem to be that that would come off a older one I have of the same design has lasted through many cooks over the years with no degradation of the nonstick coating. The weight and balance is perfect. The handle stays cool even when you're cooking. This is an amazing pan and I am happy I bought it. I would give it five stars and that is proof that I'm happy because I just bought a second one which is the one I'm reviewing.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've been looking for a wide, shallow sauté pan/Dutch oven for quite some time to replace a very old nonstick pan that is old and scratched. We love to use it for big batches of mussels. Now that this one is oven safe, I hope to expand its use to casseroles, etc. i love the weight and it appears to be good quality. I didn't give 5 stars because I don't know how it will hold up in the long run.
