ZWILLING Pro 4-inch Paring Knife

We added two 4-inch paring knives in the Zwilling Pro line, and they are the perfect size for the smaller trimming and prepping of the chopped vegetables and ingredients. We also have two 5-inch prep knives. This line of quality German steel knives is impressive; they look amazing. These three pieces are being added to a five-knife group making an eight-knife set. We have an old Henkle knife set that was very nice and is decades old and these Zwilling Pro knives are supposed to be much better. The Zwilling are better balanced than the Henckels. The Henckels lost their edge many times, however they were in the dishwasher many times a week and these Zwilling knives will never be in the dishwasher.

Gave 5-stars in a large part because the knife is still made in Germany. I returned a similar Henckel knife, because the manufacturing had been outsourced to another country. This is a quality tool that I greatly enjoy using.

Wanted a step up from our Cutco paring knife. Was looking for a 3 1/2 inch blade with more blade height, weight and handle in hand stability. This one is fantastic! Haven't had it long enough to know how well it holds its edge, but my bet is, I'll be satisfied.

The knife is well made, very sharp, and priced reasonably. It also holds the edge well and cuts through vegetables like a knife through butter.

Came razor sharp and in great shape. A fantastic utility kitchen knife. You can debone a chicken or French a rack of lamb in no time. Clean, precise cuts and comfortable for all day every day use. Great knife.

It's the knife I always wanted. Small enough for detailed tasks, large enough for some slicing and dicing.
