These are the best steak knives I've owned (or used) ever.

This is an amazing steak knife. It is basically a smaller version of a Zwilling kitchen knife. It is made of forged German steel and features a curved bolster for added comfort. The straight blade stays sharp for a long time and can be sharpened unlike serrated steak knives.

Steak knives are like socks, they mysteriously disappear and then you no longer have a complete set. It's such a pleasure to be able to buy just one steak knife to either add to an existing set or replace a missing knife. These Pro steak knives are fine edged made from premium German ice-hardened steel for a longer lasting edge and corrosion resistance. Can be re-sharpened like all your other fine edged knives for a life time of use.

This is a great idea to be able to purchase an additional Pro steak knife. It is helpful that this is available in individual purchases for replacement, steak knives do disappear mysteriously. This knife is not serrated, it is manufactured from high carbon German steel, corrosion-resistant and will not rust, stays sharper longer and almost never need to sharpen.

This steak knife is fantastic. It isn't serrated, which means that it will slice through your steak really cleanly and effortlessly. A great steak knife if you want to match any other Zwilling Pro knives you may have and if you don't need to have a whole set of steak knives. The stainless steel construction makes it a very durable knife and the ice hardening process helps keep them nice and sharp.

Pro steak knives are absolutely gorgeous. They are razor sharp with a fine edge that can be sharpened unlike serrated edge steak knives. I love that they have all the characteristics of the larger kitchen knives like the curved bolster that provides the most comfortable pinch grip and the specially formulated steel that is corrosion and chip resistant and holds its sharp edge use after use. These come in a set as well but it is nice to be able to purchase a single in case you lose one or if you just want to add on to your set.

So happy to see that you can get the Pro steak knives individually. I bought the 4 pack, which is a great deal, but I really needed 6. A good steak knife makes such a difference when slicing through a steak or chop. The super sharp, fine edge slices cleanly without tearing. It really does affect how the meat tastes. The Pro knife is designed with a curved bolster which is very comfortable and allows for full use of the blade from tip to heel. Forged from high carbon steel in Germany, it's the quality that is guaranteed to last a lifetime.

Amazing steak knives. The best we've ever owned. These forged knives have a great weight and balance. The blade is super sharp and slices right though your food, even a tough sear. We are so grateful that single steak knives are available to replace one that has gone MIA.
