I love this Rocking Santoku knife! It makes chopping veggies, especially for salads, so very easy! And it's supremely sharp so I never have to worry that I'm not cutting all the way through anything. When I make a chef's salad, I use it for everything - veggies, meats, and cheese. Cuts through everything with ease!

Another great knife to add to the quiver. Just did a warranty return on a very old Professional S bread knife and the warranty department was amazing. I can't say enough great things about these knives and the company. I wish I could give them more stars.

Zwilling pro knife line of product has kept my faith in the brand . Looks Beautiful, feels beautiful, a joy to use it. Due to the high-quality steel used, expecting this will last a lifetime. Will need honing and sharpening, as is the case with any knife. For home cooking expecting the need for sharpening to be far in between. Got this during a sale, so got some discount over the list price.

My wife liked the Santuko knife so much that she asked me to get this rocking sanutko knife too. She has used it every day since it arrived. What a great knife for slicing green onions, small onions bell peppers and so much more. Wonderful edge and well balanced. Nice indeed.

This knife is currently on sale and for the less than $50 paid, it is what I consider a fantastic bargain. This beauty is a performance masterpiece. For the majority of quick and easy preps necessary in the kitchen, this will be the knife you will reach for each and every time. It is extremely well balanced, aesthetically beautiful to look, has a very sharp edge and slices just about anything I throw at it with ease. This is a high quality 'Made-in-Germany' knife that should last a good long time and at these prices, and immense value. I liked it so much, that I bought a second one.

This is an excellent knife and is now my "go to" knife for all cutting and chopping. The knife rocks very well for all chopping needs and the blade is very sharp which aids in slicing and cutting vegetables, and the blade length is perfect for my needs.

Nice feel, good size, sharp out if the box. This knife replaced an old chopper, feels like a big upgrade.

I brought 5.5 rocking santoku to match my original 8 inch rocking santoku. But the 5.5 is heavier & akward compared to the original
